However, please be aware that these tapes are often old and brittle, making them susceptible to damage. While we will make every effort to repair any issues that may arise, we cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs while the tapes are in our possession, during transit, or throughout the digitization process. This includes situations where tapes may become ripped, destroyed, lost, or any media that may be lost both during the digitization process and after it is complete.

Additionally, due to the age of the tapes, there may be sections where the video quality is poor, with some spots showing only audio or no video at all. We cannot guarantee a perfect transfer, as the original footage was recorded with older cameras that may not deliver high-definition quality. Over the years, the quality may have deteriorated further, impacting the final result. We appreciate your understanding as we work to preserve your valuable memories.
